I chose to work with Laura again as she had helped me purchase 2 homes over the last 2 decades. This time was tough because of this crazy market, but we finally found my dream home and Laura put together a creative offer and we landed it. Getting an offer accepted in this market can seem impossible, but everything that came after was smooth because of Laura's experience and expertise. She never left me hanging, was always available to answer my questions, and was always right on top of things immediately. Right after closing on my new home, Laura jumped on getting my old house sold. She priced it just right, and we watched the offers roll in after just two days of showings. She handled everything strategically and professionally and I was able to do what I never thought I'd be able to do, let alone in this market.
